1. General Policy

At The Canadian Saver, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Online Courses, Downloadable Content)

📌 No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including eBooks, online courses, and other downloadable content, are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete.

3. Physical Books & Other Shipped Products

📦 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for physical books and merchandise under the following conditions:
✔️ The item must be in its original, unused condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.
✔️ The item must be in its original packaging with no signs of use, damage, or wear.
✔️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item received, defective product).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

❌ Books with signs of use (creased pages, writing, stains, etc.)
❌ Items marked as final sale
❌ Digital products (eBooks, online courses)

📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@thecanadiansaver.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days (minus shipping costs).

4. Coaching Services (One-on-One & Group Coaching)

⚠️ Coaching Sessions Are Non-Refundable

Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, all coaching session fees are final and non-refundable once booked.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

✔️ If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email at info@thecanadiansaver.com.
✔️ Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

🛑 No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

❌ No refunds will be issued for missed or last-minute canceled sessions (less than 24 hours’ notice).
